On the second day after the conversation with the Hokage, go to the school and pick up the scroll in the classroom on the right. Go home and use the technique from the scroll. This unlocks technique scrolls in Tenten’s shop. Buy the Transformation Technique and a pudding; the pudding will be needed later.
Wait until the protagonist says in the morning that he should visit Ino at her shop. Talk to her there. After this, Ino will come to the training ground every evening and you can train with her.
Special trainings are locked at first. Complete 4 regular trainings while Ino explains the basics of chakra use to unlock them.

Choji’s problem#
This event becomes available after The End of the War Celebration once the first scene of Ino’s anal training has been viewed. In the morning, leave home after waking up to meet Choji. The quest has several substantially different branches; see the full Choji walkthrough. The two-day follow-up happens only in the NTR branch if you do not stop Ino and allow her to have sex with Choji.
Choji’s date#
Available after Choji’s problem. When you wake up at home, Choji asks for help again. Agree, wait one day, and go to the training ground for the staged scene. Then wait two more days; the next event starts when you wake up and leads to a date at Ichiraku Ramen.
