This seasonal side event takes place around Sakura’s hospital during Christmas. The protagonist decides to cheer up Sakura’s patients and later returns disguised as Santa.
Hospital girl#
The first girl idolizes Ino and asks Santa to make her as strong, skilled and beautiful as Ino. Talk to Ino and return to the hospital to finish the request.
Hospital boy#
The boy broke his leg after falling while spying on girls at the hot springs. He asks Santa for Tenten’s panties. Go to the hot springs, search the girls’ locker room through the puzzle sequence, find Tenten’s panties and bring them back to him.
Second hospital girl#
The second girl broke her arm while trying to rob a cash register. She first asks for a universal lockpick, then changes her request to peanut and chocolate-chip candies. Ask Ayame at Ichiraku; she says Anko bought all of them. Find Anko at the training ground, complete the chase and return the candies to the girl.
Finale#
Return to Sakura after helping the patients. She thanks Santa for improving everyone’s mood, takes the protagonist to her office, undresses and asks him to fuck her on the desk. They have vaginal sex first; after he cums, Sakura asks him to continue with anal sex, and he fucks her from behind and cums again. Afterwards Sakura treats what happened as a strange dream.
