Otoishi Ieyasu is the Feudal Lord of the Land of Stone Rivers. The protagonist and Hinata meet him during Hinata’s mission while trying to settle a territorial dispute.
Ieyasu makes it clear that he has little interest in diplomatic ceremony and that the outcome depends largely on his personal decision. During the meeting he gives Hinata a deliberately provocative condition: he offers to settle the dispute in Konoha’s favor if she gives him a handjob. The protagonist can pressure Hinata to accept or refuse and leave.
