During the day and evening Karin can usually be found around Orochimaru’s laboratory.
Her earlier story content is part of the main story, beginning with the experiment-materials section.
Later she gets a separate quest, Karin: Orochimaru’s Mission. It becomes available after completing Help Yuki and waiting at least five in-game days.
