Konan’s quest becomes available around day 80/81 after completing the Get the camera step in Karin’s storyline. Keep at least 25 Ryo available for a lotus flower later.
First meeting#
Sleep at home after meeting the requirements. The protagonist decides to visit Karin and Orochimaru’s laboratory. Investigate the noise in one of the rooms and meet Konan, who has memory problems but can still create chakra-powered origami butterflies.
Orochimaru asks you to report the situation to Kakashi. Go to the Hokage residence. Kakashi explains that Konan recently recovered from a coma and asks you to visit her regularly to help her reintegrate.
Visits and permission to leave#
Return to Konan the next day. Talk with her and help her recover fragments of memory, including memories of Jiraiya.
On the following day, ask Kakashi for permission to take her outside. When Kakashi is unavailable, leave the request through Shizune, then visit Konan again.
Return to Kakashi and explain the plan: Konan trusts you, a walk may help her memories, you will go at night, Karin will prepare a disguise, and ANBU can follow for safety. Kakashi agrees.
First night walk#
At night, meet Konan at the laboratory. Karin gives her a robe. Take Konan to a quiet place near the river and let her practice flying. The outing includes a romantic moment, and Konan reveals that she noticed the ANBU surveillance.
Return her to the hideout and wait until the next day.
Progress and lotus flower#
Visit Orochimaru and Konan again. Konan says she feels more free and continues exploring memories and feelings connected to her past.
Report to Kakashi. He refuses another outing because Konan flew in public, but suggests bringing her flowers.
The next day buy a lotus flower for 25 Ryo from the flower shop and give it to Konan. During the visit, the protagonist catches Konan masturbating and helps her reach orgasm; afterward she gives him a handjob and blowjob. Konan also mentions that a wig would make a better disguise.

The following day visit Orochimaru’s laboratory. Karin says Konan has contacted her and wants to meet in the forest that evening.
Farewell and final report#
Meet Konan in the forest. She apologizes for escaping and explains that recovering too many memories at once was overwhelming. She has decided to leave. The farewell ends with sex: the protagonist fingers Konan, she gives him a blowjob, and they have vaginal sex.
After Konan leaves, report to Kakashi and Shizune. Shizune supports your account, and Kakashi decides not to punish you severely, but bars you from future secret missions.
Back at home, an origami butterfly delivers a final note from Konan thanking you and expressing her feelings.
